    All the Divisionals Info!

    Hello Killer Whale families!

Here is all the key information for our Divisional meet tomorrow.

Heat sheets: Available in the Swimtopia app or on our website.

Location: Bleyl Middle School (10800 Mills Rd, Houston, TX 77070)

Setup: Our team will sit together in the cafeteria. Swimmers must dry off before re-entering school hallways.

Circle-in: Before 7:30am. Missing this deadline will result in being scratched from events, which can also impact relays.

    Warmups: 7:45-8am in lanes 1-3.

Spectators: You’re welcome to watch your swimmer’s events from the stands, but there will be no setup in the stands and please exit the stands after your swimmer’s event so others can rotate in. No food or drinks in the Natatorium.

Parking: Some parking is available in the front of the school. No parking on grass, in access alcoves, or in fire lanes – vehicles must be in marked parking spots. CFISD has advised violators will be towed. Overflow parking goes into the attached church lot.

Volunteers: Please arrive to relieve the prior shift two events prior to change when possible. All volunteers should check in with Neon Pink Melanie with a Clipboard. Setup and tear-down volunteers will check in with the Meet Director Kat Henderson when arriving and before leaving. There are still a handful of sign-ups open!

Concessions: There will be great lunch options available as well as fun fundraisers from every team! You will need to bring your own water/drinks, as those will not be available to purchase until 1pm. There will be no snack items, so pack what you need for the full day.

What to bring: Drinks, snacks, folding chairs, and blankets for the cafeteria floor. Jackets or cover-ups are recommended for swimmers returning to the air-conditioned cafeteria.

A few other rules from the Meet Director:

    1. Swimmers that display poor sportsmanship or are found out of bounds or causing damage WILL face disciplinary action; there will be no warnings.
    2. No water balloons, water guns, bubbles, paint/messy crafts, etc. Damage to property will be the responsibility of the person that causes it. No artificial noisemakers or music speakers. (We will have our very own Elijah Randall announcing and DJing!)
    3. There is ZERO tolerance for alcohol, smoking, or vaping.

Good luck to all our swimmers tomorrow. It’s going to be an exciting meet! Go Killer Whales!
