Set-Up Crew Arrives: 6:30 a.m.

Pool Area Opens: 7:00 a.m.

(Note: No swimmers allowed inside the clubhouse.)

Killer Whales Warm-Up: 7:15 – 7:40 a.m.

Visiting Team Warm-Up: 7:45 – 8:10 a.m.

Scratches & Relay Updates Due: 7:45 a.m.

Officials' Meeting: 8:00 a.m.

Timers & Scribes Meeting: 8:15 a.m.

National Anthem Lineup: 8:25 a.m.

First Event Call: 8:30 a.m.

There is no parking available in the main lot - that is reserved for coaches, the visiting team, and sponsors. Parking is available on the grass lot via Conners Ace. Overflow parking is at the dentist's office across the street or in the neighborhood (please do not block driveways).

Killer Whales set up on the grass next to the tennis courts. The visiting team has the grass area near the pool parking lot and access road (the side of the pool with the blocks).

The following items should be brought to each meet:

• Folding lawn chairs and/or a blanket to sit on
• Pop up tent (depending on the venue there may be limited space so we encourage families to share a tent)
• Towels
• Sunscreen
• Drinks (water or sports drink; swimmers should stay away from carbonated drinks)
• Healthy snacks
• Sharpie markers
• Money for concessions

All belongings should be labeled with swimmer’s name or family name.
