Hello Killer Whale fam!

Here are a few last reminders for our meet tomorrow:

Address: 19133 David Memorial Dr, Shenandoah, TX

Circle-in Deadline: 7:30am.
Please arrive before this time to circle in. Warm-ups will begin after circle in.

Setup

Since this is an indoor natatorium, setup will look different than normal.

When you arrive, there will be a lobby with a table for circle-in. Volunteers will also check-in with Neon Pink Melanie with a Clipboard here.

Swimmers will stay on deck with their team throughout the meet. Age-group parents will help with goggles, caps, getting to the ready bench, etc.

Parents and spectators should watch from the stands.

Wet swimmers are not allowed in the stands and parents (except for specific volunteers) are not allowed on deck. If you need to meet with your swimmer during the meet, please do so in the lobby area.

Concessions

Food and beverages will be available for sale at the concession stand on the second floor of the foyer. The Marlins recommend bringing your own, as the concession stand is not run by the swim team and is known to run out of items during the meet.

Summer Thunder Invitational

Our first invitational of the season is coming up!

• If your swimmer has already qualified, you should have received an email on Sunday.
• If your swimmer qualifies tomorrow, we will send an email to all qualifiers after the meet.

Important: All qualifiers must be declared and paid by tomorrow evening at 8:00pm.

If you’re unsure which events your swimmer qualified for, don’t worry, you won’t be able to enter them into events they haven’t qualified for.
