Next Meet Info

Our meet this weekend is a real treat - an indoor, air conditioned, 8-lane high school natatorium. You don’t want to miss this one!

Entries for swimmers and volunteers are OPEN. Reminder: swimmer entries are due by Tuesday night at 11:59pm.

• Host team: Woodlands Marlins
• Location: Conroe ISD Natatorium
• Address: 19133 David Memorial Dr, Shenandoah, TX
  (Approximately 30 minutes from our pool)
• Circle-in time: **7:30am**
  This is your most important, bolded, written-in-red-ink time. Please arrive before 7:30 so your swimmer can be circled in and not scratched from the meet.
• Warm-ups: These will likely be after circle-in. If that changes, we’ll let you know.

Setup

Swimmers will set up on deck with their team. At all times, only officials and specific parent volunteers are allowed on deck. Spectators should plan to sit in the indoor stands - there is plenty of seating (and parking) available.

Concessions

Food and beverages will be available for sale at the concession stand on the second floor of the foyer. The Marlins recommend bringing your own, as the concession stand is not run by the swim team and is known to run out of items during the meet.

Invitationals

Our first invitational of the season will be Summer Thunder. For those new to invitationals: these are larger, more competitive meets where swimmers who meet qualifying times are invited to compete against others across the league.

• An email with details will be sent soon to swimmers who have already qualified.
• Swimmers will have one more chance to qualify at this weekend’s meet, and any new qualifiers will receive an email after Saturday’s meet.
