Hello Killer Whale families! Here's the info for tomorrow’s meet:

It will be hosted by Birnamwoods, located at 23803 Birnam Wood Blvd. The circle-in deadline is 7:45 am, which is also our warm-up time, so please make sure your swimmer is circled in before then and prior to warm-ups; otherwise, they will be scratched. If you have any last-minute scratches between now and tomorrow morning (for example, if your swimmer wakes up sick), please text me (Mary Ellis) at 316-258-6967; this is very helpful!

For parking and setup, please review their map here. Parking is available on the street or in the lot by the volleyball court. The closest spaces are reserved for coaches and officials. Our team set up will be by the baby pool inside the fence, and swimmers should be reminded that the baby pool is off-limits. Please also note that photography and videography are prohibited behind the start end of the pool.

Volunteers will check-in with Melanie Hill to receive your badges and instructions – she will have on a wonderful neon pink shirt that reads “Melanie with a clipboard” (you can’t miss her!).

Birnamwoods will have concessions available on site, including breakfast and lunch options as well as coffee in the morning. They accept both cash and card, though there is a $5 minimum for card purchases.
