Dear Killer Whales Families,

We wanted to send a quick follow‑up and a summary in case you missed our previous email:

Due to a power outage at the pool related to ongoing HOA clubhouse construction, we are unable to begin swimming as originally planned. Power is set to be restored on Wednesday, pool cleaning is scheduled for Thursday, and we are planning to start swimming on Friday.

Tomorrow (Tuesday), we will hold an optional parent meeting by the pool beginning at 6:00, where we’ll answer questions and review the plan for the week.

Swimmers are not required to attend. For those that do attend, coaches will take them for about 30 minutes of introductory and get‑to‑know‑you activities, while board members remain available to speak with parents.

Wednesday and Thursday: Swimmers will come at their regularly scheduled practice times (listed below) for dryland practice. Please make sure they are wearing closed-toe sneakers and clothes they can move around in easily.

• Junior Whales: 4:30–5:00pm
• White Group: 5:00–5:30pm
• Silver Group: 5:30–6:15pm
• Blue Group: 6:15–7:00pm
• Black Group: 7:00–8:00pm

We appreciate everyone’s flexibility as we work through an unexpected situation, and we’re looking forward to getting the season fully underway very soon.
